Unlike consumer brands, which have clear market rankings, there’s currently no unified global ranking system for OEM women’s apparel factories.
This is because evaluation criteria vary widely—buyers may prioritize production capacity, while others may prioritize niche category expertise or export compliance.
Based on my 17 years of experience, I’ve compiled a ranking that I believe is reliable and backed by real data.
- Ranking by Production Capacity
For buyers with large-volume order requirements (over 10,000 pieces per style), large-scale OEM factories with integrated supply chains are preferred.
Most factories are concentrated in China’s Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions:
Tier-1 factories (annual production capacity over 5 million pieces):
- Ningbo Shenzhou International (specializes in mid-to-high-end casual wear, collaborating with international brands);
- Guangzhou Lianya Garments (selling dresses and tops, ISO 9001 certified);
- Hangzhou Jomoo Textile (focuses on OEM knitwear with a short production cycle).
Tier-2 Factories (Annual Production Capacity 2-5 Million Pieces):

Ranking by Product Category Specialization
- Fast Fashion Women’s Clothing: Guangzhou Shisanhang Cluster (Small-batch, Flexible Production, Sample Delivery Time 3-7 Days). Expensive, but with a Frequent Style Update.
- Plus-Size Women’s Clothing: Foshan Tianhe Clothing (Customizable Sizes, Extensive Fabric Selection).
- Sustainable/Organic Clothing: Xiamen Lvyi Textile (GOTS Certified, Eco-Friendly Dyeing Process).

Export Capability Ranking (Global Compliance)
- Dongguan Yihua Clothing (Supports EU REACH and US CPSIA Standards),
